ORDER/SERVICE CANCELLATION
Top 2 Bottom Cleaning & Maintenance LLC will be happy to help you cancel your order/services prior to shipping or completion. However, orders/services may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email if receive before shipping of products or 48 hours of scheduled service. We will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order/service. If a job is cancelled any labor hours, real or implied, or administrative fees (credit cards fees, shipping, restocking, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund (a minimum of $15 up to 15%-30% of total transaction once the order has been placed successfully). No Refunds will be issued once we have shipped your product or once we have started your service.

RETURN AND REFUNDS
Top 2 Bottom Cleaning & Maintenance LLC is committed to quality customer service and excellent results. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, please notify us within 24 hours of service or 30 days within receipt of product and Top 2 Bottom Cleaning & Maintenance LLC will make it right or refund your money at the sole discretion of the management of Top 2 Bottom Cleaning & Maintenance LLC.
